HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our export processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing shipments and preparing necessary documentation.

  • Handling export declarations on behalf of the company.

  • Managing financial settlements with partner companies.

  • Scheduling and coordinating air and sea transportation.

  • Managing vehicle dispatching.

  • Overseeing sales management for export companies.

  • Acting as an agent for export and import operations.

  • Communicating effectively with overseas partners.


Main Operations

  • Shipping Management & Documentation: Ensuring all shipping activities are properly managed and documented.

  • Export Certification Handling: Managing export certification processes efficiently.

  • Partner Financial Management: Overseeing financial transactions and settlements with partner companies.

  • Transportation Scheduling: Coordinating schedules for both air and sea transport to ensure timely delivery.

  • Dispatch Management: Managing the dispatch of goods to ensure efficient logistics.

  • Sales Management for Export Companies: Handling sales activities and ensuring seamless export operations.

  • Export/Import Agency Operations: Acting as an intermediary for various export and import processes.

  • Overseas Partner Communication: Effectively communicating with international partners, with a preference for strong English skills and Indonesian language proficiency.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Fluent written, reading and spoken English is Preferred; native-level Indonesian is highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programs such as Elvis and Winsabis is an advantage.
