[ULIP 소개] About ULIP:

Embark on your quest for purpose with ULIP, our 5 month internship programme. Build your leadership skills and get to know us and our business inside-out, while working on real-life projects with extensive coaching and support from a line manager. If you excel during our ULIP programme, you will also be given the opportunity to be fast-tracked to the final assessment for the Korea UNEXT Programme, which is a flagship career acceleration programme to groom future leaders of Unilever, upon graduation!

Customer Development

Gain experience in core Customer Development areas like category and account management and be part of multiple challenging projects that may involve establishing partnerships with our customers to implement brand or category solutions and activities.

Marketing

Get the opportunity to work closely with our diverse brands and manage vital elements of the marketing mix, such as brand building and brand development.

Food Solutions

Learn more about the dedicated foodservice business of Unilever, where we lead the industry in providing innovative and high-quality professional food ingredients and value adding services to our partners, striving to make a ‘bigger difference’.

Finance

Be at the heart of budgets, strategy, planning, and contribute directly to Unilever‘s long/short term plans as well as our cost reduction, innovation projects.

Human Resources

Ignite your passion for HR by joining Unilever’s journey for the future of HR, where we embrace “connected for growth” to make HR more simple, more human and have more impact.

Supply Chain

Be a part of our dynamic supply chain team to learn about how the supply chain system acts as a key catalyst at the center of the organization and how it plays a vital role in getting our goods to our customers and consumers.
