모집안내:

· 직책 : Human Resources Intern.

· 근무지역 : 뉴저지

· 근무시간 : 주 40시간

· 근무기간 : 1년 ~ 1년 6개월

· 연봉 : $31,200 (주 40시간 이상 초과근무 시 시간당 $22.5지급, 백신 무료보급)

상세업무내용 :

- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.

- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.

- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

- Maintains human resource information system records and complies reports from the database.

- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

- Provides general support to employees and visitors.

- Participate in the planning and execution of company events.

- Assist and support General Affairs.

- Report directly to HR Director and HR Assistant Manager.
