모집안내:

· 직책 : Foreign Logistic Planner, Material Specialist, Shipping Clerk

· 근무시간 : 주 40시간

· 근무기간 : 1년 ~ 1년 6개월

· 급여 : $31,200 / Year

상세업무내용 :

1. Foreign Logistic Planner Intern

- Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads, tender freight to third-party carriers.

- Update Transportation Management System with current shipment information.

- Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail.

- Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process oversight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.

- Complete daily logs and trackers.

- Schedule and send orders/requests to multiple carriers for outbound shipments distribution centers/customers.

- Ensure all pickup and delivery appointments are made between receiver and Customer Company's order lists and track orders to ensure on-time delivery (TMS) to receiver.

- Excellent and prompt communication skills with customers to solve any delivery issues.

- Prepare various reports on a daily basis.

- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

2. Material Specialist

- Oversee the material flow process.

- Establish and maintain supplier release procedure and supplier banking requirements to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to meet production requirements.

- Establish and monitor finished goods inventory levels to ensure on-time compliance to customer release requirements while minimizing carrying and premium freight costs.

- Review department/plant measurable (customer delivery, supplier delivery, premium freight and inventory) and establish corrective measures for performance adherence.

- Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2 ~ 4 week inventory levels, at a minimum

- Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory

- Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)

- Material Specialist는 Washer 생산에 필요한 Resin이라는 RAW MATERIAL을 담당하게 되며, 생산에 필요한 분량의 Material을 저희 warehouse로 들여오고, 재고 관리하고, 고객사가 요청하는 분량의 shipping out까지 담당하는 업무를 맡습니다.

3. Shipping Clerk

- Prepare shipping documentation based on shipping schedule

- Prepare lost of loading & work orders, issuing shipping label and BOL

- Manage track shipment and create physical documentation
