Position Summary
Responsible for a successful completion of the Sales Management Trainee training program and meet the requirements of an entry level Account Manager.

Job Description

1. Dedicate focused effort and resources to provide selling support to key Rockwell Automation accounts in Life Sciences and Food & Beverage industry.
2. Support Account Managers to make sales calls to regular customers on a periodic basis, promoting Rockwell Automation products, product applications and services.
3. Help coordinate activities relating to key accounts and ensure opportunities for additional businesses are acted upon.
4. Develop a list of prospective customers with the respective Account Manager, study the approach to be made, make calls with customers and follows up with additional visits and correspondence as appropriate.
5. Analyzes customer requirements and develops plans for the use of the appropriate Rockwell Automation products and services.
6. Understands and describes customer requirements for the more complicated modifications of Rockwell Automation products and coordinates the efforts of technical specialists for development of proposals. Presents proposals to customers.

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Automation Control, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Graduate-to-be, or an applicant with less than 2 years of experience.
3. Self-motivated, independent, a team player, good communicator and a strong willingness to learn and develop one’s career.
4. Good proficiency in English.
