Main Tasks:

1. Monitoring & Improvement production process

- Coordinate closely with purchasing, quality control, engineering and technical department to ensure the communication flows and production schedules

- To ensure the timely production and quality of the finished and intermediate products

2. EHS management

- According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures

- Managing MSDS of RM

- Inspect the implementation of the ISO 14001 system

- New chemical notification

3. Engineering maintenance and repairing

- Coordination of maintenance and troubleshooting activities

- Managing of maintenance and repairing schedules

- Improve production and quality of products

4. People management

- Assist the supervisor in personnel management, e.g. staffing, working performance, etc.

- Train employees the production methods/skills

* Education/Qualifications required:

- Bachelor degree of chemical related major

- Fluent in written / spoken English

- New graduate or less than 5 years work experience
