<Job Description>

E-Commerce Channel Coordination
• Brand page and promotion page update by channel
• Brand content planning and design coordination
• Monitoring of promotional materials, such as samples and GWP, in all EC channels
• Day to day store, & internal team communication to identify needs
•    Communication with vendors to ensure timely productions of all design materials

Promotion Planning & Support
• Support to develop the yearly, quarterly, monthly plans and execution of online channel in terms of merchandising, activity planning and customer service
• Manage and allocate inventory of sample, GWP and travel sizes value packs novelty inventory, and other online marketing offerings related to online customer experience
• Write a monthly online promotion guideline & communicate to stores, operation team, distribution center, and related teams and vendors
• Evaluate the performance of key promotions on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit
•    All other necessary support for promotion execution

Market Place Maintenance
• Ensure product description, product categorization and visibility are up to date
• Ensure all updated products & value sets have enough stocks in distribution venues
•    Consumer Review monitoring & tight communication with operation &  CS team

Reports
• Organize raw data for digital team’s regular reports, such as weekly EC sales report
• Monthly KPI results reporting
• Competitor activity monitoring & reporting
