<Position Purpose>
The receptionist Staff will directly report to the Head of the COO Office. The receptionist staff will be in charge of managing administrative related tasks (see below).
<Key Responsibilities>
Procurement:
- Facilities vendor management and internal procurement system update
- Procurement support (equipment/stationery etc.)
- Corporate Insurance/lease management
- Facilities vendor invoice control and processing
Transversal:
- Phone Call dispatch
- Visitor (internal/external) registration with building management (access, parking, etc…)
- Visitor escort of internal/external visitors
- Employee telephone directory update
- Managing reception area (TV, meeting room booking, etc…)
- Mailing (incoming/outgoing) management and mail dispatch
- Other administration transversal tasks (Wifi registration, office stationary, air quality, etc…)
<Specific Qualifications Required>
- Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, etc…
- Good in written English, report writing & presentation, and fluent in spoken English
- Good analytical mindset and logical thinking
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, with teamwork spirit, independent & self-motivated
- University graduate with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in banking industry with experience in administration, organization and project management
