근무형태: 파견 계약직 (2년)

신입/경력: 무관

근무 시간: 9:30 ~ 18:00

근무지: 서울시 중구 퇴계로 100 스테이트타워 남산 24층

<Position Purpose>

The receptionist Staff will directly report to the Head of the COO Office. The receptionist staff will be in charge of managing administrative related tasks (see below).

 

<Key Responsibilities>

Procurement:

  • Facilities vendor management and internal procurement system update
  • Procurement support (equipment/stationery etc.)
  • Corporate Insurance/lease management
  • Facilities vendor invoice control and processing

 

Transversal:

  • Phone Call dispatch
  • Visitor (internal/external) registration with building management (access, parking, etc…)
  • Visitor escort of internal/external visitors
  • Employee telephone directory update
  • Managing reception area (TV, meeting room booking, etc…)
  • Mailing (incoming/outgoing) management and mail dispatch
  • Other administration transversal tasks (Wifi registration, office stationary, air quality, etc…)

 

<Specific Qualifications Required>

  • Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, etc…
  • Good in written English, report writing & presentation, and fluent in spoken English
  • Good analytical mindset and logical thinking
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, with teamwork spirit, independent & self-motivated
  • University graduate with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in banking industry with experience in administration, organization and project management
