주요 업무
ㆍResponsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing check-in, check-out and relate service to guests and visitors to our hotel in accordance with established service standards

ㆍMaintain current product knowledge of events and facilities of our hotel including gaming, food & beverage and entertainment to ensure guests receive accurate, timely information and advice.

ㆍEnsure the effective resolution of any issues raised by a guest either in person or by referring the issue to a more senior manager to ensure ongoing relations and rapport are not compromised with the guest.

ㆍReport accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and /or security issues to the superior.
ㆍAdhere to all company policies and procedures.



자격 요건
ㆍHigh school diploma or equivalent hospitality training.

ㆍPreferably 1 year working experience in a Front Desk/Bell/Concierge/Reservations role in a 5-star hotel.

ㆍGood communication and interpersonal skills.
ㆍAble to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
ㆍUnderstanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
ㆍGood command in both written and spoken Cantonese/Mandarin /English

ㆍResponsible to attend the needs and wants of the guests to ensure that they have a memorable stay experience.

ㆍEnsure all data and preferences of the guest is retrieved prior to arrival, when required contact guest’s assistant or others to collect further information.

ㆍEnsure the Villa and / or selected suites / rooms is prepared and ready as per guest preference prior to arrival.

ㆍGreet the guests and extend a warm and personalized welcome and escort the guests directly to the room upon arrival.
ㆍEstablish rapport with guests to build loyal, friendly, and satisfied customer experience.

ㆍOversee the daily movement of guest activities and be able to report any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients of the Hotel.

ㆍEnsure all guest’s requests are handled in effective and professional manner, anticipate and assist guest in daily activities in various aspects which may include dining experience, in-room request / activity, itinerary planning or any other reasonable request as appropriate.

ㆍBe fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency, Typhoon and Bomb procedures and actively participate to internal drills on them.

ㆍEnsure that all emergency procedures are implemented and enforced to provide security and safety for guests and employees.

ㆍEnsure that all staff’s behavior, personal grooming and service skills are in line with company’s standards.



자격 요건
ㆍHigh school diploma or equivalent professional training.

ㆍExperience working as a Butler in five-star hotel preferred.
ㆍKnowledge of F&B/Front Desk/Concierge/Housekeeping operations.
ㆍKnowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
ㆍCultural astute in order to deliver upon guest expectations.
ㆍProven customer orientation.
ㆍAbility to build relations with all customers.
ㆍEffective execution skills.
ㆍAbility to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
ㆍFluent in both written and spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, good command in both written and spoken English.

자격 요건
ㆍHigh School graduate or Diploma holder.
ㆍWith F&B services experience, with 4?5-star hotel ‘s restaurant experience is an advantage.
ㆍHave well-groomed appearance and good attitude.
ㆍEnergetic and passionate.
ㆍFluent in English, Good in Mandarin or Cantonese.
