Main aim of job<o:p></o:p>
- Provides management with commercial information (e.g. calculations) and analysis to support the profitable and sustainable growth of Rayong plant.<o:p></o:p>
- Coordination of all activities to ensure all plant costs & business plans are in accordance with central specifications and standard procedures.<o:p></o:p>

Specific duties and responsibilities<o:p></o:p>
- Recommend, initiate and implement cost saving measures for Brose Rayong.<o:p></o:p>
- Identify differences and formulate/follow-up problem solving together with the cost center managers (quarterly budget reviews, actual vs. Plan reviews)<o:p></o:p>
- Securing an accurate and transparent monthly reporting according to internal regulations and central requirements.<o:p></o:p>
- Preparation of and participate in the monthly operations review and analysis of deviations between plan and forecast. Definition of countermeasures.<o:p></o:p>
- Make plant calculations for all business divisions in accordance with the relevant central and divisional standards. <o:p></o:p>
- Support plant management and cost center responsibles (including central cost centers) to keep or improve cost situation of their cost center. <o:p></o:p>
- Securing and controlling of the calculation of hourly rates and allocation rates for Rayong plant.<o:p></o:p>
- Creation of longterm business plan for responsible plant & office and alignment with respective product controller for their projects as well as responsible controllers in Central & Business unit..<o:p></o:p>
- Creation of Forecasts (1 to 4) for responsible plant & office as well as alignment with respective product controller for their projects<o:p></o:p>
- Implement and inform to Brose Rayong employees any relevant and updated controlling procedure.<o:p></o:p>
